Sizing & Care Guide

Every piece is sized on your pre-pregnancy size unless the product page says otherwise. The panels are made to expand, so sizing up early usually means the piece stops holding once it is doing the most work.

Not sure? Order the size you wore before. Exchanges are free for 30 days, so it costs nothing to be wrong once.

Size ranges

Piece Sizes How to choose
Nursing bras S–3XL Your pre-pregnancy band and cup. Supply changes; the seamless cut moves with it.
Maternity belly bands M–2XL Pre-pregnancy size. The under-bump panel stretches as you grow.
Postpartum wraps M–2XL, standard and petite band heights Pre-pregnancy size. Choose petite if you are under 5'4" or the band sits on a C-section scar.
Carriers One size Fits 7–45 lbs. The waistband adjusts; no wearer size to pick.
Pregnancy pillow One size 55 inches end to end.

Between two sizes?

Take the smaller one for bands and wraps: support comes from a snug fit, and every panel here stretches. Take the larger one for bras, because ribs expand through pregnancy and a tight band gets uncomfortable before a loose one does.

Care

  • Wash cool on a gentle cycle with like colours.
  • Dry flat, or tumble dry on low.
  • No bleach and no fabric softener: softener coats elastane and the piece loses its stretch, which is the whole point of it.
  • Fasten hooks and clips before washing so they do not snag.

When to replace

Support pieces wear out. If a band no longer springs back when you stretch it, or a bra rides up through the day, the elastane is done and it has stopped supporting you.
